Best way to waterproof/mask ceiling

With the awful rain we've had this week, i had some water leak through my wallpapered ceiling in my top bedroom.

It's under a flat roof in a dormer room, so it might have come under the eaves, as the roof has been recently fibreglassed.

It will be a while before the Roofer can get to me, so what is the best way to cover the long, narrow, damp area created by the water, and to stop future leaking, albeit on a temporary basis?

I need to buy something quick from B & Q and stick it on there!

The best way to hide the mark is to use stain block (either spray or brush ) to lock the stain in but the area needs to be dry first. then just paint over it.

As for the leak it's self nothing that you can apply on the inside will stop it butif you can find the leak on the outside then use a bitumen based sealer like everbuild roof & gutter sealer as it comes in cartrage form so easy to use and clean
