seat belts

hi im just wondering if it possible to have the middle seat belt changed in the back of a car. we have just a lap belt in the middle but wondered if this can be changed to a normal belt.
any ideas?????/??

Theoretically it could, but I wouldn't even try to do it - you wouldn't know the stresses involved on the anchor pointsin an accident.
