Is my PC Wireless capable

Have been trying to connect an internet radio to my PC.
To do this I need a wireless modem, but when I try to install the modem a message keeps appearing saying that it cannot detect the new modem. nothing I do clears this, so is my PC wireless capable?
Its a Packard Bell, Intel inside, Celeron, DVD RW R9

Thanks for the reply neil,
I'm not trying to set the modem up wirelessly. All cables are connected, I checked them over and over and all nessessary lights are on, but the screen just comes up with the same message.
Thanks for the link, but when I find my model It doasnt say whether its wireless capable, or not in the FAQ.

Start - my computer - view system information (in left hand panel)

Hardware - device manager

Scroll down to Network Adapters, and click on it

Can you see Wireless Network Connection (or similar)?

If not, you have not got a wireless pc.

Because it can select and play all the music on my PC through my hi fi set up, also every radio station in the world and hacked music streaming. No more CDs, usb sticks, or any other paraphernalia. I have sorted it now, thanks for your help.
