anybody know of any kind of dish where I can use a can of coconut milk. Haven't a baldy what to do with it. Thanks

Thai green curry - yum!

I use coconut milk in rice pilaf and pilau, stews and curries. It gives those dishes a unique flavour that cannot be acquired from no other ingredient. I love it!
