womens centres

Womens Centres offer training education counselling, childcare and other services to members of the public but not to men.

They are partly publicly and partly privately funded Is this legal? Should they not also offer these services to men?

I have often thought this myself. Why do they not either let men in OR have a mens centre that does the same thing.
