'Lyrical Terrorist' - Suspended Sentence.
The Rap Artist who called herself the' Lyrical Terrorist' has been given a 9 month suspended sentence.
She is obviously very foolish for glorifying Jihad, but I think this sentence is about right. Apart from write some bl00dy terrible songs, she hadn't really done any other than download some material she didn't know was illegal.
Do you agree or disagree?

And I can't help but make comparisons. What punishment would be meted out to an atheist who wrote graphic poems glorifying the beheading of a Muslims?

Around 20 years ago (when I was at school) I had an ecopy of a book called "The Anarchistic Cook Book". In fact, most people in my class had a copy - it described all types of things from how to make Molotov Cocktails through to how to pick locks.
I also used to have a copy of the SAS Survivors Manual - a manual which described how to make shelter, catch wild animals as well as basics of unarmed combat.
I have also read "The Fourth Protocol" by Frederick Forsythe which described (in pretty good detail) how to make a 'portable' nuclear bomb.
Funnily enough I have done none of these things
I wonder how many of these things could be misconstrued by a good solicitor.
I wonder when Frederick Forsythe is going to be arrested as presumably he has researched (and printed) not only how to obtain false passports but how to make nuclear bombs
ARREST FREDDIE NOW !!!!

"The Surface-to-Air Missile - A Smart Weapon" - sounds like the sort of brochure you could pick up at any of our popular and successful arms fairs. I haven't read of any of these being closed down out of national security concerns. All I read about is poets being arrested. I wonder if the authorities are looking in the right direction?
