I find it worrying that you find premature ejaculation a subject for jokes. This is a much-misunderstood condition that causes considerable personal suffering and embarrassment, often over long periods. Most medical conditions can be categorised as trivial, comfortable, serious or critcal. Only PE has a category entirely to itself - touch and go.

What worries me is that your friend needed to be diagnosed. Couldn't he tell for himself? If not, I'm sure his girlfriend could have told him...
