Before passing sentence a judge asks the defendant if he had anything to say.
"F**k all!" came the reply.
Being a bit deaf the judge leans forward and asks the Clerk of the Court what the defendant had said.
"He said 'F**k all' your honour," came the reply.
To which the judge says, "Are you sure? I'm sure I saw his lips move!"
