Has the banned film 'last house on the left' been re-released or are there any plans to re-release it soon?

cleId=4260 concerning the BBFC's (British Board of Film Classification) stance on the film and what's happening with it. IMHO, if you haven't seen the film, don't bother! It really isn't very good! If you're gonna spend that kind of money on a DVD I'd recommend you go for the R0 (All Areas) Criterion Version of Monty Python's Life of Brian (link: http://www.dc-dvd.net/index.php?action=details&ite
