I have just bought an ipod, and have tried to download tunes from Kazaa onto it, but it wont accept the songs. I have downloaded songs onto MP3 players this way previously, is it possible to download internet songs onto the ipod, or do I have to buy them through itunes? Thanks for any advice
I had this trouble when downloading songs from MSN. I saved the songs to disc and then went in to I Tunes and took them from disc and it seemed to work
Whatever you download, just drag them into iTunes, and they'll be added to your library. Then the next time you connect your iPod they'll get transferred too.
Try and download only mp3 or aac songs. Other types are online too, such as .wma files (windows media audio files); these are not compatible with the iPod but adding them to iTunes should prompt iTunes to ask you if you want it to convert them for you.
Yes, if you couldn't add song to iPod with iTunes, you can try other software like YamiPod, sharepod, they can help you copy or transfer music to iPod, here is a step by step gudie about it, hope it helps. http://www.dvd-ripper-copy.com/forum/viewtopic .php?t=2316
Kazaa Platinum http://www.kazaa-platinum.com recently came into market. I bought it & I think this was the best choice I ever made.
It gives me specific results for my music & movie downloads, unlike Limewire or any other Kazaa.
It also gives a free anti virus programme , free Ipods/ Mp3 transfer software, free CD burning software free, all in just 29.50 $ one time lifetime fee.
I must say it is a revoultion in music / movies downloads.
