There are 2 songs that are there twice one in 2 different forms and the other in german and again in the english translation hope this sorts out any problems
Yes i did write the quiz and i will give another peice of help as it seems people need some help number 7 is a childrens song from when i was at school.Try a search for gene autry lyrics
Awesome. Thanks a lot =D
The only other one I've been having trouble with is number 54.
Also, was just wondering, there's a few where the numbers don't match up with what I think the song title is, such as number 3. Are these typos or are they all correct?!
Thanks a lot for your help. I only found out about the quiz yesterday and it's been driving me and my mum crazy already lol.
The site was publicised here, was it not? This quiz will have gone to many who are not local - so it does not make it fair that only those who happen to have seen these remarks have any benefit from them.
It is really quite simple. Those who are doing this quiz and see the remarks here or in the local paper are gaining an advantage over those who do not. I could not really care less but am just asking the compiler if they consider that fair.
Well in my opinion, I find it fair.
I did not know about the notice in the local paper until a few minutes ago, and found this comment by luck.
The quiz is from Whittlesey, and therefore won't be available to people that aren't local. It is to fund the Whittlesey Christmas Lights. There are 4 local papers in Whittlesey. Three of which are delivered free to 99% of house in Whittlesey.
The quiz is tough, and therefore in order to get many answers, the internet is required.
Googling some of the questions only return this website where others have enquired about it, so therefore they will all be led to this website. It is up to them as to whether they choose to view.
So there we go. Fair as fair can be.
Sorry but that is not true. As I have said, this quiz was advertised here so there will be at least a few that are not local. Of those that are local, some will not see the remarks in the local paper. Those who are not local will be very lucky to see the remarks by the compiler here - as you say you found it by luck. All this gives you and those who have seen the compiler's comments an unfair advantage over those who have not.
The quiz was not just advertised here. Are you from Whittlesey?!
It is also advertised in local Whittlesey shops, where you can buy the sheet from as well as from the compiler. That is where I found it.
And as for locals being lucky if they find it, this is untrue. Yes, I did find it by luck, but only because I was led to this website through searching for other answers, not because of the local paper.
Also, if it was only advertised here, as you incorrectly claim, then the people who know about it via this website already know about this website to search for answers.
Plus, if you "couldn't care less" why are you so bothered?!
I think someone's just a bit bitter that they haven't got a quiz sheet.
Please could you possibly help me out as i am stuck on the following questions:
17-To hear the news the angels bring (3,6,5)
19-On the 25th day 9,4(4,3,3,5,3)
41-According to the radio (3,5,2,1,4,4,9)
42-To be with someone (8,3)
