I do find I have to shop around - think I have found a good one then the next time I book a holiday that particular company are not so good! I have been lucky with the following though:

also go into travelsupermarket.com - they have a holiday section. I use globespan regularly for flights, they do holidays too. Good luck.

travelrepublic.co.uk is the best and i always use them,they are the cheapest around and really helpful,you can pick your own times to fly,airline etc depending on yuor budget then pick your accomodation/hotel.transfers are available so you could do the full package or be a bit more independent.i have even got flights cheaper with them than going direct to the airlines website?!whats that all about??!!
