JVC Video/DVD Recorder
2 Answers
I purchaded a video recorder from Comets in Jan 2005,in Nov 2005 I had to have it repaired. Two months later I had to have it repaired again, this time comets asked me to pay for the repairs I refused saying it was the same fault again and eventually agreed.Guess what it went wrong again but this time I contacted JVC by telephone and they agreed to swap it for anther one but not a new one a reconditioned one, after nearly a year was up it went wrong again.I wrote to JVC and told them I have two JVC televisions and anothe video recorder and an old video recorder that had lasted longer than six years,I got a letter back from JVC telling me that in good faith they sent me another video recorder that had three months warranty on it so that was it.The model with delivery online cost me 305,my question is have or can I do anything about this or demand any thing from JVC seeing that this model only lasted under a year in both cases.
Thanks for any help..
