find you have spoken on here about stuff you would never tell friends or family? I mean personal things? I know I have, and have cringed reading it next day. But have found it has really helped me.

Please say I am not alone

you too TheEpsilon (knew it was you) speak soon xxxx
I do. I have put really personnal stuff on here. When i need an outsiders opinion about things. When i have needed serious advise about things, i ask you guys, cos i know you dont know me, so youl listen to my side of what i have to say, and advise me from there. Most of the stuff i say on here i would never say to friends or family. so thats why i come on here! (although i have changed my user name a few times!)

yeah I am like you blondie. An outsiders point of view has helped me too. And like you most of the stuff (well all of it ) I would never of told friends or family. As they would have no idea of things I was going through. And if they did, then I really dont think they would give as much advice as I have got from the lovely people here
I have in the past 5 months-usually when I am battered and bruised and half pished-spilt my guts out here -I have no shame -its a real situation and i dont have anyone to offload (if you like) as the people I would normally turn to are suffering as well.

I have had the best support each time I have felt the need to post-it has made me feel better and for once I dont cringe in the morning -I feel better.

I am so grateful for the regulars who are always there in my darkest hours and I hope that i can be a support for anyone who needs it.

There is NO shame in seeking help from someone outwith the situation -sometimes we can all get salvation within our unit -but just sometimes its not possible and I have been here in the middle of the night at my wits end and someone has always been ther for me.

U are all gems x
Question Author
Drisgirl... i have usually posted on here. half pished too, having no one else to talk things over with. Posted my problems. or replied to a post , and spilling out everything if it related to to what was written

And people on here have helped me so much. People I have never met. People who don't know me.

Thats why I love this site.

bit pished now...so gettting to bed xxx
Not really. I guess I've said stuff I wouldn't tell some people but I tell some of my close mates most things. I wear my heart on my sleeve a lot.
skreech your turnip m8s been being a vagina again.

catch ya later.
I have to admit...i don't talk to family.....probably cos they are 3,000 miles away. Wish i could.....am sometmes more honest on here or with SOME mates.....but there isn't always someone there to listen. Otherwise i will bottle things up and go thru very black moods. So-I get things out.....somehow
