what was the name of the chilrens program where the badies name was t-bag and her sidekick was called t-shirt

It was actually T-Bag. There were a number of series between 1986 and 1992. There were two T-Bags during it's run and normally involved a young girl travelling the world to retrieve a set amount of objects to put a stop to T_Bags evil plans.
