Hi, I recently bought a lateral thigh trainer from play.com but cancelled the order before it was delivered as id seen a better one elsewhere, unfortunately they still delivered it and i explained the situation to the driver who advised me to send back as unwanted and not accepted,I asked if i needed to sign and he said no.I waited a week and half to get my refund as money had been taken from bank,when this had not been done i tracked my order and it had been signed for by a B Rogers.. who ive not got a clue who he is?! I wish to complain to play and anyone else who will listen but cant find anywhere on plays web page to be able to email?It just had Q and A can anyone tell me who i can contact, i have contacted parcelforce but am still waiting a reply!

If you phone be sure to ask who you're speaking to and make a note of everything, dates & times etc etc.
Personally I think i'd look for the snail mail address and write a proper letter(as opposed to an email) - They'll take it more seriously.

They've a very good online complaints system, through their website. I've always found this to be very effective, with a response within 24 hours and have never been let down.
Just click the help button, then under 'Help With Your Order' click the link 'I Want To return An Item'. There's plenty of space to write out your complaint, and they always resond.
