It's the diet that's lost the weight, not the tablets.
The government is desperate for a safe, effective weight loss method suitable for all to combat the 'obesity crisis'.
If they worked, wouldn't the government recommend them?
Adios simply removes water from your body, not fat. If you are suffering from water retention see your GP for a prescription.

I use to be 13 1/2 stone and in the past 2 years have lost 6 stone. So went from a size 18 to a size 8 (and no sagging skin i might add) being 21 obviously helped.
There is no quick fix for loosing weight.I tried tablets, legal and illegal to loose the weight, and all it did was made me feel awful.
you need to eat less and have will power. i dont care what anyone says loosing weight is about cutting your calories. stop snacking on rubbish and eat well. a litle big of excercise wouldnt go a miss either.
a reducing diet is about 1400 - 1500 calories a day depending on how much you weigh now. just cut the cals and watch the weight drop off.
