Have we any comback on a B&B which has cancelled our booking so that customers who are booked the previous week can extend their stay? We booked in person months ago and because it is a bank holiday weekend other B&Bs are booked up. Theh owners have said that they will lose money if they keep our booking as it is for one night but the other customers want an extra 2 nights. We had reserved all the rooms for relatives travelling from far away for a reunion.
