employment tribunals
i did a step 1 letter and waited 28 days and my employer didnt reply to the recorded letter.employment tribunal have given me a case number.ACAS are involved.i have the odd epileptic seizure and lost my licence for a year.i returned to work,asked for reasonable adjustments and gave details to my manager but no joy.an area manager told me to drop it by saying once ACAS involved no point blah blah.i believe i have been discriminated as i have a disabilty and needed my employer to change my job role and told them things to help me.i am wondering wether to resign,will it help me win my case.

firstly, I assume youre saying that you raised a grievance with your employer but they havent acted upon it?
if, as you say, you wish your employer to change your role to accommodate your disability, how will resigning help you achieve that? Sorry, I dont understand.

i did raise a greivance and waited by law for an answer,they didnt reply to my letter in the 28 day limit so tribunal office took my case on after i filled in an et1 form.i hace been waiting for nearly 3 months for reasonable adjustments.i cant drive for 7 mths as dvla took licence away as i had a seizure.i was wondering if by resigning it will show a tribunal i tried but they dont do anthing at my work to help me,like put me in an office role.i work as a sales rep its difficult using the bus
