Wearing uniform to work

We have to wear a uniform for work and I have been told that if this is the case then you are allowed to leave the workplace about 3 minutes before your shift ends to get changed. Is this true?

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.hi red, in my case I take at least 5 minutes (im hopeless with zips and buttons lol) and we wouldnt be available to work whilst getting changed cos its instant dismissal to be inside the workplace without uniform/safety gear on.
Yeah I cant see it being true either but theres a couple of folks say its right and I thought I would ask.
