Shower trouble!!

have an Essentials 10.8 shower bought from b&q & installed in my bathroom less than 2 years ago. Has been great, until today water was colder than normal, even though i hadnt changed setting on dial. even as i increased temp control, water didnt get much warmer. Its not running cold, just lukewarm, certainly not warm enough. Fuse is fine, as i know when it sometimes shorts water can run cold. Any ideas? Also, who makes Essentials? I suspect Mira?

I see you have a double post so i'll give you an answer on here to lol
presuming that you have the same water pressure its more than likely to be the tank assembly (element kaput) or if your lucky just a micro switch,you are correct in thinking it is a Mira

I would always try de scaling the shower head first. I had this problem, and it worked for me. Take off the shower head and put it in a jug to do the business. good luck. It may save you money for a 'repair'.
