What accents do it for you LOL!

I love the Welsh accent, and Geordie. I also like a nice 'clipped' English accent. Like a gentleman ;)

Scots and Irish are also nice....erm so any really (kidding)

welsh,gaelic etc is more closely related to the language that the indigenous people of the british isles used pre invasion,

Not particularly bothered in the grand scheme of things but if I had to select two then I would opt for

1) South Eastern received pronunciation

2) New York (Jewish sounding women)

i like scottish the best, i fancy any guy thats scottish, even if hes not hot or funny lol

so if se estuary english is a modern form of rp, this is evidence of the fact its changed and altered over time as do all accents in some form so therefore why in the past have other accents been considered more socially acceptable than those which are more closey related to the indigenous languages of the British isles? have geographical circumstances been given more importance than tradition?

RP amuses me as lots of people in the south East seem to think they do speak like a newsreader when in fact they sound a bit mockney or kentish.
