a woman after my own heart weeal, i forgot it was you who shared my love of AM!
I used to collect Smurf figurines that came free with Kinder eggs! lol I had quite a collection, about 100 I think. Only when I had to track down a particular one for my friend on ebay did I realise that they are worth quite a bit nowadays! Might ask mum to fish them out of my pile of rubbish at home so I can sell them. lol
I collect unusual sculptures made from piles of fresh, clean, crumpled clothing.

My latest one resembles the south face of Everest.
im not doing so well with the collection Jules, only around 26 movies or so, more than that still to find lol

max - that must be a hilarious collection
the best bit being the chocolate you had to eat?
I didn't eat it, honest. I gave it to the poor......*ahem*
Edinburgh Crystal and teddy bears.
regret it now as I have no room for anything.
Crystal away in cupboards and teddies all over the bedrooms. Ridiculous!
Going to get rid!

hello smudge, Is there room left for you? lol I also collect fairies , they are my pride and joy! I dont have masses but the ones i have, i love! :-)
Jules - I collect money every fortnight, and I love collecting it especially after a hectic and busy work schedule.
I have a collection of Aynsley Cottage Garden
china ..will be on the way to the auction as
bored with it ..so hope it's worth a few k's ...
it has taken a few years to build up ...
I collect books Jules, I can't bear to part with any, even the rubbish ones, and one of my dreams is to own a house with a huge library, floor to ceiling books on all four walls plus one of thse ladders you can move around and a big leather armchair with a carafe of whiskey on a table next to it.
Getting myself all excited now :(
I used to collect soap when I was a child. Honestly.

All the ones you got for christmas and stuff.. I had them in a little case.
I collect wooden Tankards and Goblets, got a terrific collection, but they've been relegated to shelves in the shed, to make way for my wifes Teapots.

And she won't let me make any tea in one of them.
Terrible.
I have a collection of china (and soft) rabbits. Bought a tiny china one today. Can't recall what started it off.

I also have a collection of film books, including many from the 40's and 50's with beautiful colour plates. Love of film began this collection. I have loads of film mags in the loft from the 70's which I almost parted with but have kept.
lol china that reminds me that my nephew (now 31) used to collect soaps when he was a little boy - he was a bit of a concern to his father! he liked to sniff them, eventually he had to stop as they were making his nose bleed - bless!!!!

He has grown up into a completely hetrosexual guy with no effeminate habits, so we love to remind him of his boyhood collection. He also had some of those little bean dolls that came in matchboxes.

I can't wait until he has a son of his own.
