W hat big storm?I hardly ever watch the weather forecasts.

Hi dusty - Funny you should ask that! I'm in he Northwest, where are you? We did take precautions of jamming the bins up against the back wall. Just been flicking through the local weather stations, think it may be the South that get it the worst? We have just had some brief hailstone.

According to the forecast we in the south are going to be worst hit. It might happen but we have had similar warnings before and it's missed where I am.

My neighbour put up a new fence last week as the old one went down during the last storm we had last year. Looks like she'll have to put another one up very soon!!!

Seems ok here so far think we are meant to miss the worst in the northwest tho its cold wet and windy forecast all week

I'm just out side york . we never seem to have really bad weather here apart from floods. but I've taken the bins in. It's a very nice evening hear . just watching million of starlings getting ready to roost . it some spectacle of nature!

I'm in the NW. We've been promised a storm and I damned well want my storm! So where is it? lol. The weather here at the moment is mild rain showers and low wind speed - not exactly stormy.

It is raining very heavy at the moment!!

But a storm that we are housebound, as they say not to go out tomorrow!! Dream on!!!

I wish it would happen, as I would give anything not to have to go to work!!!!! Lol.

Last I heard (last nite) it was supposed to be bad here in the southwest...at the moment it is calm and dry,tho we had heavy rain and hail this morning. I hope it blows out to sea or something.

im from the north so dunno if we're gnna get hit by bad storm, but i have my wellies ready for tomorrow on my way to work! :) xx i should be mary poppins tomorrow!! :)
