Tracing mail address

My wife recently tried to contact an Australian woman temporarily living in the UK, but her email was returned as undeliverable, so we assume she has gone back to Australia. All we know about her is her name, and the email address she was using when she was in this country. Can anyone suggest how we might be able to get in contact with her?
