I'm taking it to stop me having panic attacks. How come now i have got aching eyes and tones (such as on a phone or the computer starting up) sounds distorted? I didn't read any of this on the leaflet?

I googled this and found several lists of side effects, but I can't see your problem among them. Here's one:
