anyone know a venue in or near Beaconsfirled that is BYO with NO corkage ?

You will have to look for a comunity hall or something similar.

Any commercial premises - hotel or restaurant, is going to charge corkage - you are using their facilities, and the bar tab is a major part of their profit margin, so they won't give it up without a payment from you.
