Hi Abers - hope you're all having a good easter break.

I don't know where to post this but here goes anyway.

I've got some white trainers that can't go in the washing mashine - any tips on how to keep them in tip top condition (apart from not wearing them! lol)

right don't think I'm mad....but if you go over them with a light spray of furniture polish and lightly rub them over with a cloth it keeps their whiteness and also keeps them from cracking. I've been doing it for years and my trainers still look brand new.

jack - Why can't you put them in the washing machine?
If you know anyone with one of those hand held steamers thet are quite good! xxx

How often do you then polish/buff them?
Do you remove the dirt with water & then do the above again & how often?

Pop them in an old pillowcase before putting them in the washing machine.

Toothpaste - buff it on with a dry cloth, I tried this the other week and it works!
