Well knobby, tomorrow ive gotta sit through the Wolves game cos mr kola has invited his Dad round to watch it.I`d rather be down the pub watchin Utd thrash villa but i`ve gotta cook the tea.
I wish people would stop mentioning booze and pubs. I've not touched a drop all night but I keep thinking that the Asda which is 8 miles away has a 24-hour licence, and my car's got plenty of fuel, . . . . so .. . possibly .. .
Question: At what time of day or night does 'late night drinking' (which seems to be socially acceptable) become 'early morning drinking' (which seems to be taboo)?
Nice idea but my pockets aren't that deep. (Anyway, I've got to sober up occasionally to drive to the supermarket to get some more booze). Which reminds me ... if I leave now, I can be back by half 3 - is that too late to open a bottle?
I see your point. I suppose it might also depend on how much of the bottle I actually drank. The problem is that a 16 mile round trip doesn't seem to be worth it for just a bottle ;-)
