has anyone else had this problem? I moved a couple of weeks ago, and i am finding that the new water here is not doing my hair any good, it is a low lather type of water, and I have used the Dove pro-age shampoo and conditioner for a year now and it is usually great, I have very fine straight hair but that product is really good at adding lift and body, but after a couple of weeks here my hair is suffering! Any suggestions?

You're right Dot - different water can effect a person's hair and skin. Have you thought about a volumising shampoo? Btw - hope you're settling in now - and find a dentist!

Hi again Ice

The Dove pro age range is meant to be volumising, i think!

Not got a dentist yet but a woman has added me to a database of some sort!!!
Sorry - haven't ever tried the Dove ones, so I don't know. My hair's like yours though, straight (ish). Someone suggested a root perm, to give it a lift, but I don't want any perming solution on it at all - so what can you do?!
You'll get in at a dentist's. I've got to go again on Thursday....shudder.
Invest in a water softening device.
