iTunes problem

When my pc first fires up I get the following message:-
iTunesHelper.exe-Entry Point Not Found
The procedure entry point GetCurrentThre!dId could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll

Then when I try to open itunes I get this message:-
The cabinet file "iTune.cab" required for this installation is corrupt and cannot be used........... and I can't open up my itunes library. Can anybody help?

Uninstall iTunes, and downloaded and resinstall (after restarting).
When you remedy this problem- BACK-UP your music to data DVD or CD!!!
(BTW, uninstalling and reinstalling iTunes shouldn't cause you to lose your music library.)
