If my girl friend ask me to drive her from Los Angeles to New York, and we had and accident in the highway, then can we say it was "BAD LUCK" or how much my girl friend contributed the possibilities and cause of the accident? (Because if she had not asked my to drive, then the possibilities is 0....)

If you're taking a fatalistic view of things, you could argue that you are likely to have an accident once every X number of hours behind the wheel, and that the accident you had was the one you were due for. The other argument is that your girlfriend is responsible for creating the circumstances in which the accident was able to happen, but that the actual cause of the accident itself was something else. Don't forget, if you're blaming her for asking you to drive, you also need to blame the people who invented the car, Columbus (if he hadn't noticed America, you couldn't have driven from LA to New york in the first place), your parents (if they hadn't had you, you couldn't have had the accident), etc.
