hi all I went to scarborough to day ( my day off ) I did all the things that I did when i was a kid . I went rock pooling looking at crabs and things got some winkles that I am now eating . went in the arcades lost a �1 . had some fish and chips out of a tray . got soaked in the rain and hail stones . not a bad day really .

Just logged back in but not for long. Think I'm gonna go to bed soon. Sorry to hear you weren't feeling well this morning BM and like Weeal I didn't know. I don't know whats going on in AB anymore since I returned to work.

We had a detained Iraqi asylum seeker who kicked off today in my department because we had detained him and told him he would be deported back to the Third Country (first safe country he entered after leaving Iraq) he had come from. He was trying to self harm himself and cause injury to others. Riot police were called to remove him from the building and he was charged with criminal damage. Needless to say the excitement has left me somewhat tired.

Anyway guys and gals, I shall take my leave of AB for the time being and hope to see you all soon. Hope you feel better soon BM xxx
