I've had a lovely day today but it went so fast and now thats it, all done!!! Sometimes i wish we could could make time stand still, just for a bit anyway lol

so why does time fly when you're having fun?
Its not fair is it?

and when you want time to go fast, it drags on and on and on!

Hope you have all had a good day and may the beginning of your weekend be a good one ;-)

Glad you've had a great day, Julie.

Can't say the same for me though, I'm ill and wishing the time would go quicklyso I'm not ill LOL
That's a nice post unruly. I haven't had a nice day, but I did plan one. A rare day off because I was having flowers delivered (with an attempted delivery to the wrong house). That was the only nice thing in the end.

Reduced to tears by the never ending saga of my boiler which at least secured me a second engineer today. Lost the will to do anything on my list, so a day wasted never to have again.

But the flowers are great tho and I about to commence some serious comfort eating!
Awww, hello, hun. :)

Sounds as though you had a lovely day. What did you get up to? It's crap, isn't it, when it flies by? My whole weekends seem to disapper before I know it, even if I'm just lazing about. It could have something to do with my sleeping nearly 12 hours per night, though. :)

Are you all relaxed now after your day? I'm so excited for bobs, y'know! :)

Hope you, L and K are all alright. Love you x x
Just for you jules for manana.

i hope you dont claim travel expenses !!!!
Did you know that there are two types of time ?

(1) Kronos (ie 60 equally measured seconds in a measured minute and 60 equally measured minutes in an hour etc etc). We set our clocks and watches by Kronos time, hence Chronology.

(2) Kairos (measured by how much fun you are or are not having...... for example - when you're at a party with all your mates the time goes far far faster than when you've got to wait for the train home..... ). We set our memories of enjoyment by Kairos time.

As you might have guessed, these two words come from the Greek - and the ancient Greeks certainly knew how to have a good time as well as discuss philosophical interests.
