and Hazel Irvine has no personality, just my

can't stand kate garraway off gmtv. wish she would disappear for ever. love penny smith. she'd be a great best friend. always up for a laugh.

Hazel Irvine always makes us laugh, she thought she was off air once when she said 'I'm a bl***y presenter for God's sake'. Little things amuse us, we always come out with this whenever she's on.
I love Mishal Hussein, lovely speaking voice, can't stand any newsreader who can't say 'hospital', which is just about everyone.

NOT KEEN ON Natasha Kaplinsky, Konnie Huq, Kirsty Young, Kirsty Gallagher

QUITE LIKE Katie Derham, Kirsty Wark, Janet Ellis - I think cos these come across as quite modest and not hideously ambitious unlike the above

Nothing wrong with Kirsty Young's voice as far as I'm concerned! I like Penny Smith too - doesn't take herself too seriously, just as well when you're on a show as dumb as GMTV (morning telly for those who find CBeebies a bit too intellectually demanding). Mishal Hossein is lovely, and I quite like both the BBC Breakfast pair of Sian Williams and Susanna Reid.

On the downside:
Anne Robinson (smug old trout with a voice that)
Natasha Kaplinsky (far too fond of herself)
Davina McShouty (both for those dumb hair colouring adverts and for her long time association with the worst TV show in history).

Worst of the lot for me though is GMTV's uber-gormless Fiona Phillips, who only got the job because she's married to someone high up on the production team. It's both amusing and alarming watching her fluffy little head trying to interview some politician about something complicated, when you can see that all she really wants to know is what his favourite colour is.

Thanks for replies, agree with all your nominations! As for Kate Silverton, never mind her hair didn't she have some dispute with a
Harley St specialist who botched up her face
skin surgery, acne problem went wrong!!
