Lost Raffle Ticket
4 Answers
Does anyone know the legal aspect of if you have lost a raffle ticket but you know you have won a prize??
My name and address is on the stub however I cannot find my ticket - can I legally claim the prize and if so how do I do it?
Any help would be appreciated Thanks Lyn

If they were there at the prize draw then we would need to see their ticket, if not then I don't think we ever asked for it as we had their details on the stub and would usually deliver the prize to their house.
If you do not have the raffle ticket, but your details are on the stub then that's enough. The ticket you are given is a receipt to prove you have paid. If you are not at the draw it is up to the organisers to contact you. When there are no details on the stub or counterfoil to identify the winner you obviously need your bit. Hope it's a big prize you've won
