My husband and i are splitting up. he is signing the house over to me. We obviously need to change the deeds aswell as the mortgage. How do i go about this and what are the costs involved.

Your mortgage lenders will need to be satisfied that you can afford the mortgage on your own otherwise you won't be able to do it.

I have already checked with bank and they are willing to give me the mortgage. That wasnt the question. I was asking the costs involved of changing the deeds.
