Whats happened to this Site?a ban here a ban there-them bans are everywhere.I bet LindyLoo wished she had not objected to this site having a bit of chit chat a few weeks ago.And where have all the old regulars gone,indiedancer,Vinny100,,etc.glad to see Fakeplastic -smudge-are still holding the fort.lets hope the others are just on a long holiday.comeback we miss you.this site was a good giggle a few weeks ago-please ED let go of the reigns cowboy.

I�m really sorry that my question a while ago appears to have set off such a storm of banning and deleting �unsuitable� questions and answers. It was certainly not my intention!

What I was originally objecting to were the number of rather inane and childish questions that were leading the site away from its original intention and into the realms of a 'chat' site. Many of these spring to mind, but rather that put myself in the firing line, none will be mentioned!

Unfortunately the �powers that be� seem to have gone to the other extreme now, deleting anything that MIGHT cause a �chat� situation to occur or appear too trivial to the Ed, but are genuine to the user!!  I know that  discretion has to be used, but come on Ed, this has gone too far now.....

Having looked up the word MODERATE in the dictionary, I found this meaning; Kept within due bounds; observing reasonable limits; not excessive, extreme, or rigorous; limited; restrained�.

Maybe the moderator needs moderating now!!

 

I will now join the ranks of the 'deleted' before the Ed does it for me!!!
