What Label is this ?

Just got a nearly new skirt but would like to know the make on the label. It just says the initials H up to M (not Hennes, read on) on the top row and U up to Z on the bottom row, a black label with the J and L in green and red. Thanks all ! Don't think it is John Lewis, their label is JFW I think or something like that.
