I eat a good balanced diet with plenty of salads, fruit and vegatables as well as wheatabix for breakfast. Along with this I drink about a litre and half of water a day and avoid drinking coffee and products with Aspartme. I exercise regularly. Is there anything else I can do/try to stop my constant stomach complaints??

You could try taking a supplement called Flat Tummy Plus by a company called e'lifexir. It aids digestion and is just a mint flavoured pastille that you take twice a day.It contains soluble fibre that stimulates the growth of beneficial bacteria. The downside is that it's very expensive,8.99 for a pack of 30.
try actimal
Maybe you are intolerant to wheat products, like Wheetabix. Perhaps you could try some gluten free products and see if it makes a difference.
eating too much vegetables can cause bloatedness.
as there gassy.
wetabix would be better eaten every 2nd or 3rd day for breakfast. as this causes bloatedness too.

try eating mint leaves or alternativly buy suppliments from your health food shop.
Good advice about the wheat products. Ditch them and you'll notice a massive difference. Believe it or not bananas make you bloated. Try food combining, don't mix protein and carb at the same meal, it works.
I had exactly the same problem. I stopped eating white bread and crisps which made a huge difference.
