Do you ever have a giggle to yourself when you pass by someone having a conversation and they are loud as you pass and you pick up half of a sentence or so and make the rest up in your own mind , or get the wrong idea totally ? Today two women were talking and I thought they were discussing husbands. " His ears are a bit big , and his nose a bit long ....." Well , I thought it a bit mean to say that about your partner ! Til I heard the other one say " Yes , I have a German Shepherd with big ears ........" xxxxxxx

I love listening to other peoples conversations, me and my friend often go out for a coffee during a shopping trip, we sit in a cafe and don't speak we are too busy listening to the people on the next table, their lives are far more interesting than ours.

Yeh I just want a quiet night tonight I don't stay on much after 11 ish and only when there is nothing else to do. I have some friends coming to stay next week from France and I really must sort out the spare bedroom at the moment it is a junk room.

I speak no french at all, but luckily they speak English, they are coming on Wed 7th till Sun 11th I am racking my brains as to where to take them to places of interest. I thought Chester may be an option as it is only an hour away. I don't want to take them to the coast as they live in Marseilles (sp) and lancashire can't compete with the South of France.
