Outcome of an employment appeal

I had an employment appeal hearing on 18/11/04.....and I am still waiting to hear the outcome of this almost a month later!! Is this normal? Is there not a time line the company should stick to, to be following procedure?

Not sure if you mean an Employment Tribunal or simply an employer`s disciplinary appeal.  If the latter I would have expected a result long ago.........do you have a Union to fight your corner?      Suggest you seek advice from Citizen`s Advice centre at least.
