woman at polling station wearing labour motif asked what my number was.

I tore into her demanding to know why I am 5 a week worse off with 10p tax loss. Told her to stuff the labour party and said I hoped brown and darling die horrible deaths. was I too kind.

Hi Spaced, I didn't really say that but I did have a pop about the tax.

Why do people outside polling stations ask who you are?

Do they have the right to know?

They just collect statistics, they have no rights.
They just want your number, possibly so that any non voters can be called on and urged to vote.
