I went for an internal ultrasound scan when I was 7weeks and 1 day and no heartbeat was detected. Is there still hope that the pregnancy is viable?

Hi, that happened to me but unfortunatly it ended in a miscarraige. The internal scans are acurate. Hope your ok x
