can I exchange
I had to buy a new mobile and I bought the vodafone 810. I had a samsung before and no problems with receiving calls.
I have missed one or two calls as the person ringing me is getting (THIS PHONE IS NOT IN SERVICE) .I have received calls from this same person and others and it was ok but why does it do this now and again. I am not happy with this phone .Can I take it back .I have not used the original sim card that came with it as I am on vodafone pay as you talk .I used the one I had in my Samsung.I have had the phone 3 weeks and would like to exchange it for a Samsung.

But vodafone should really offer you a replacement or offer you for the phone to be sent away for repair, and if you dont agree about how long it takes to repair, the time is of the essence is a good one dont know about pay as u go though
