hi hayley i cant give you exact advice only my experiance with mobile phone companies,i found that the work pretty much close as the can to the law without breaking it.....i brought a mobile a few years ago,it went wrong, fair enough,i sent it back 30 days later i phoned up only for them to tell me they lost it,they sent me another it went wrong again i sent it back they repaired it sent it back to mysself it went wrong again!!!!i sent it back they again lost it,so i went to the consumer advice centre and belive it or not they had done nothing wrong they could have it back 3 times before refunding me(i eventually did get my money back only after sending a recorded letter to the head office with a list of there errors)my only advice is ask them as a matter of goodwill gesture to replace the one with the one you orriginally had...if not remember them next time you upgrade and tell em to do one
