I find tomato liquid feed is very good as it`s high in potash which is what a plant requires to produce flowers. Use 1 capful to 1 gallon of water.

I would advise CHEMPAK2 in the spring. This is high nitrogen and will assist leaf growth. Changing in May to CHEMPAK 4 which is high potash for the flowers.
Also it is a good idea to give a feed of half the recommended dose on every watering as this will give your plants a balanced diet.
