I'm considering buying an MGF or MG TF, before I do, does anyone own / used to own either of these cars and experienced any major problems with it?

If it does need repairs done to it, are the parts any more expensive than average car?

as the MR2 is a model thats sold in the UK there are no drawbacks when it comes to maintaining and servicing as the parts will be available.

if you check the mr2 owners club site they have a lot of information on the cars in general and a section all about imports.
