reposting as im still desperate! can anyone please tell me how i unmute the mute button on skype? ive tried clicking on the icon but no luck and gone to the top to find help but nothing has worked. dont get how suddenly this has happened,. it means that i can hear people the other end but they cant hear me !

Have you looked in tools - options - audio settings - make free test call?

Is your mic plugged in / switched on properly?

yes, tried all this, just dont know why i cant click on the mute icon to unmute it, was simple enough the other way round! any more help most welcome!
