All of a sudden my urine has gone areally orange colour for no reason . What could it be ? Please help

It may be that you are dehydrated. your urine will be pale yellow if you have enough water in your system. That is why urine is generally darker when you first get up than later in the day. Try drinking more water and it should get back to a paler colour. If it doesn't, see the doc.

Don't worry, it's most likely to be caused by your diet. maybe you had a diet rich in Vitamin B? A visit down to the doc would usually means that your urine appears pinkish (urine with blood), or really cloudy (infection). But there's no harm in asking your doc about it as well. :)

A diet of rich food and alcohol over Christmas could turn your urine darker, due as Scarlett has said, to dehydration.  Drink lots of water!

Have you drunk anything with a strong colour? I know that Berocca tablets can make urine go a funny colour.

you can experience very bright yellow wee with certain vitamin supplements - I think its the B's that do it in a multivit

Simply, drink much more water. It's fairly straight forward biology really when it's taught to you. Basically it's like orange squash, if you don't put much water in it then it is stronger and darker, if you dilute it loads then it's a really light colour and weak. You're just the tap!!
